Role Requirements :
As a key member in the fast-growing organization, the HR Executive will be responsible for establishing best practices of human resource management, ensure acquisition of talents supporting the global growth plan, implement policies and practices to ensure efficient people management while ensuring all organizational compliances in place. The role provides an opportunity to grow bigger with the organization that aims to become global leader in developing small to mega sized projects in energy transition sector.
Qualifications & Skills:
Applicant must have bachelor’s degree in science/ commerce stream with masters / diploma in Human Resource management studies.
3 to 6 years of working experience in a corporate HR department. Experience in engineering and manufacturing industry shall be an advantage.
Basic knowledge and experience of HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll management, employee engagement, etc.
Well versed with organizational compliances related to human resources as per local laws.
Skilled in oral and written communication. Able to work in groups with global work teams.
Proficiency in computer and handing data in MS Office, Excel and Word.
Energetic, task oriented and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities :
Managing the Payroll and keeping all related records, including attendance and leaves of the employees
Processing of monthly salary including applicable PF, TDS and other compliances, generating salary slips for employees, resolving employees’ queries
Maintaining the Group Medical Insurance policy and ensuring its related services to employees
Managing office administration including housekeeping, office stationery, IT support, etc. within the budgeted limits
Arranging stationaries, ID card, visiting card and other business needs for the employees
Finalizing the Job Description of open positions with the help of HOD and post the JDs on recruitment sites or recruitment agencies
Evaluating the resumes and arranging interviews for candidates, shortlisting and recommending the right candidates for the role
Issuing offer letters to the selected candidates and ensure their timely joining
Onboarding and completing the joining formalities of the new joiners as per company policy
Keeping records for office expenses, rentals, tour expenses, etc. and processing payments as per company policy
Carrying out employee engagement activities, likewise, festival celebrations, team building sessions, birthday celebrations etc.
Facilitating the performance assessment and annual appraisals of the employees
Keeping all employees’ records up-to-date and maintain confidentiality
Resolve the employee queries and solve their issues promptly related to workplace or payroll.
Implementing digitization in the HR processes.
Bridging the gap between the employees and the employer and fostering a culture of trust and respect within the organization
