We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and improving our organization’s human resource operations and play a vital role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:**

- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Maintain and update the candidate database.

2. **Onboarding and Induction:**

- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation.

- Ensure a smooth transition of new employees into the organization.

3. **Employee Engagement:**

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

- Collect feedback and support the implementation of initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.

4. **HR Operations:**

- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.

5. **Policy and Compliance:**

- Assist in communicating and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.

- Support in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards.

6. **General Administration:**

- Provide day-to-day HR support and address employee queries.

- Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Internship or prior experience in HR will be an advantage.
