**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate detailed tour itineraries.
- Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours, addressing any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in tour coordination or event planning.
- **Skills**: Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in travel planning software.
