Position: Tour Executive

Qualification: Bachelor

Experience: 2 Yr to 3 Yr

Location: Race Course, Vadodara

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage tour packages, including itinerary planning, transportation arrangements, accommodations, and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transportation providers, and other partners to secure bookings and ensure all arrangements meet quality standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints, and tailor tour packages to meet their needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to clients regarding destination options, sightseeing attractions, and travel logistics.
- Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries, including trip schedules, directions, and contact information for local guides or tour operators.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other pre-departure arrangements.
- Coordinate with tour guides and local representatives to ensure smooth execution of tours, including on-site assistance and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Monitor tour operations, including transportation arrivals and departures, hotel check-ins, and excursion schedules, to ensure everything runs according to plan.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, tourist attractions, and cultural experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable travel experiences.
- Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and tour schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
