**Job Summary**:
The Tour Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of travel operations for clients. This includes designing personalized travel itineraries, managing bookings, ensuring a smooth travel experience, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role demands in-depth knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, and the ability to address and resolve issues promptly during tours.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tour Planning and Coordination**:
- Craft customized travel itineraries that align with clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
- Collaborate with travel agents, hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers to ensure efficient tour operations.
- Organize both group and individual tours, ensuring all logístical elements—accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing—are meticulously planned.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide accurate and timely information about destinations, travel options, and logístical details.
- Resolve client concerns or issues promptly during tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**Sales and Marketing**:
- Promote tour packages and suggest additional services to help achieve sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new travel products to make informed recommendations.
- Assist in creating promotional materials or digital content for upcoming tours.
**Booking and Reservation Management**:
- Oversee the booking process for transportation, accommodations, tours, and excursions.
- Ensure all reservations are confirmed and handled efficiently.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments when required.
**Budget and Financial Management**:
- Adhere to budget constraints while planning cost-effective tours.
- Provide clients with detailed cost breakdowns and quotations.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and feedback.
- Generate reports for management on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience**:
- Prior experience in travel operations, tour management, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with destinations, travel logistics, and tour planning.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.
**Languages**:
- Proficiency in Gujrati, Hindi and English is Plus.
