**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Travel Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and selling domestic and international travel packages, handling airfare and other travel tickets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also act as a liaison between our company and travel suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Research and design customized domestic and international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
- Research and present tour options and destinations to clients, highlighting the benefits and selling features.
- Secure flight reservations, hotels, tours, car rentals, and other travel arrangements through preferred suppliers.
- Issue travel documents, including airline tickets, confirmation vouchers, and travel insurance.
- Manage customer expectations by providing clear communication and updates throughout the booking process.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding travel bookings.
- Liaise with travel suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and address any issues promptly.
- Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and customer information..
- Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting travel packages through social media or presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry (or relevant sales experience).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, attractions, and travel products (tours, flights, accommodations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a travel management system (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced workload.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating and selling customized travel packages.
- IATA certification or other relevant travel industry certifications.
- Experience negotiating rates with travel suppliers.
- Fluency in a second language (an asset).
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing for the travel industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
