**Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist**

**Location**: Mulund West

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Reports To**: Office Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain an updated contact list and manage correspondence.
- **Office Management**:

- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assist with the organization of office events and meetings.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset but not required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- SATURDAY HALF DAY
- Office environment with occasional requirements for overtime.
- Interaction with various departments and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,129.97 - ₹28,070.28 per month
