Ginesys One was born from a simple belief: retail is complex and changing fast, growing companies need simplified well integrated products that help them scale faster. The core of the One platform is
- a cloud-based ERP which is retail specific so it does not need to be customised heavily. Already integrated POS software, Ecommerce Apps and Order management systems truly enable selling. The retail-specific ERP software covers the entire retail value chain, from manufacturing to distribution to retail.

The company caters to over 1200 happy clients and is spread across tier 1 and tier 2 cities in India. The company is headquartered in Gurugram, and has its regional offices in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Coimbatore and Goa. With over 300 employees, Ginesys One is the frontrunner in the Indian retail management software space.

**Responsibilities -**
- Coordination with Customer Success Manager & Client team in order to execute the day to day operational tasks.
- Report on project performance/project risks, issue logs, and their resolution to management.
- Providing technical support to external clients when required
- Maintaining and updating technical documents (knowledge base) and procedures
- Identifying and resolving operational and transactional issues
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
