Experience : Min 1-3 Years in any Hotel/ Resort/Chain Property as a Front Office Executive or Reservation Executive.

Languages : Fluent English is Mandatory.

Other Languages : Gujrati, Marwari ,Hindi & Marathi.

In depth knowledge of using and operating Front Office Software's

Profile Duties & Requirements

Reception and Customer Service:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information and addressing inquiries. Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Assist visitors by providing directions, information, and guidance as needed.

Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues as necessary to the appropriate department.

Appointment and Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.

Coordinate with staff members to ensure availability and organize meeting logistics.

Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and other related documents.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm meeting details.

Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Maintain and update visitor logs, contact directories, and other relevant records.

Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff members.

Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Share relevant information with team members and provide support when needed.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety and security protocols, ensuring the front desk area is maintained appropriately.

Monitor access control systems and visitor identification procedures.

Follow emergency response protocols and assist in evacuations if necessary.

Other Requirement

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Professional and pleasant demeanour, with strong customer service orientation.

Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., telephone systems, printers, scanners).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computer software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with basic office management procedures and equipment

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
