Customer Relations Marketing Exec

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and addressing customer queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Additionally, you will utilize your marketing skills to effectively promote our company on LinkedIn and other platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements based on insights.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to promote our company’s profiles and services.
- Share and engage with our company’s content on LinkedIn and connect with potential clients.
- Create and schedule posts to increase visibility and engagement on LinkedIn.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of LinkedIn marketing efforts.
- Provide regular updates and insights on customer feedback and marketing performance to management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role.
- Strong background in marketing, with hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing and profile management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in customer relationship management and marketing.
