Customer Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Service and Support**:
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and communicate this to the relevant departments.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Ensure customer information is kept up-to-date and accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to address customer needs and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, complaints, and overall satisfaction levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving customer relations and retention.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Participate in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
