**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers to introduce our products/services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new products/services

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in direct sales or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
