**Job Title:

- Tele-caller**

**Job Summary**:*
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Generating leads and setting appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintaining a database of customer information.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

**Responsibilities**:*

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script.

2. Provide information about products or services and answer questions from customers.

3. Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method.

4. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.

5. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

6. Maintain a record of calls made and results achieved.

7. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:*
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required.

**Working Conditions**:*
- Typically office-based, though remote positions may be available.
- May involve sitting for long periods and using a telephone headset.
- Often involves working during standard business hours, though some positions may require evening or weekend shifts.

**Salary and Benefits**:*
- Salary range varies depending on experience and location.
- Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and commission or bonus opportunities based on performance.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
