Back Office Coordinator

Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 6 days a week
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients as per business requirements.
- Maintain and update data records using Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups).
- Process e-invoices and e-way bills in compliance with GST regulations.
- Support the finance team in preparing reports and managing invoices.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and document organization.
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Experience in creating quotations, e-invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
- Good command of English for communication and reporting.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Previous back-office or administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Connaught Place, New Delhi.
- Working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
