**Responsibilities and Duties**
Complete Office management.
- Completely handle outlook express and maintain the status of outgoing & incoming mails.
- To prepare Quotation, Letter, Proposal & Performa Invoices, Purchase Order as per customer
requirement under the senior supervision.
- Taking continuous feedback from the clients for our submitted offer.
- Also Looking Imports and Logistics.
- Responsibilities for the sales & service engineer’s in-door and out-door activities.
