**Job Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an updated list of products and their corresponding prices.
- Coordinate with vendors for product costs and get approval from management (Sir).
- As needed, create Purchase Orders (PO) and send them to vendors. Follow up on the delivery process to ensure timely stock receipt
- Maintain and update a vendor commission sheet based on actual bills entered into the Tally accounting software.
- Provide freight clearance for courier or logistics services.
- Cross-check monthly courier bills, ensuring the costs align with weight, dimensions, and other details.
- Handle documentation related to export consignments.
- Collaborate with internal sales and dispatch departments on material-related issues. Work directly with management for final cost approval.
- Obtain approval from Sir for vendor payments and ensure payments are cleared.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Bachelor’s in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience as back-office or sales coordinator
- Excellent communication, and should be good in written and verbal English
- Proficient in computer operation including MS Office, Tally and any other software related to sales, operating knowledge of CRM usage will be an advantage.
- Understand the importance of work and organise it accordingly
- Should be able to deal with complex situations
- Must be multi-tasker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
