**About The Role**:

If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a mentor for champions at Prajna Self Care.

As a Mentor for champions, you will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring current Class 10th and 12th students on their journey to academic and personal success. You will leverage your accomplishments and practical knowledge to provide mentorship focused on academic growth, development, and goal achievement.

**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. Provide guidance and support to students on academic challenges, study habits, time management, and personal development
2. Conduct regular mentorship sessions with assigned students to monitor progress, provide feedback, and offer encouragement
3. Foster a supportive and empowering environment conducive to student growth and development
4. Serve as a mentor by sharing personal experiences, insights, and strategies for success
5. Collaborate with the Prajna team to enhance the mentorship program and improve outcomes for students
6. Maintain regular communication with students, to ensure alignment and transparency

**Requirements**:
1. Currently enrolled in a prestigious and reputed institution

2. Demonstrated academic excellence, with above 95% marks in Class 10th and 12th examinations, or significant achievements in sports and/or extracurricular activities

3. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and presentation

4. Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to supporting the growth and development of others

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

6. Demonstrated excellence in academics, sports, or other extracurricular activities during your college journey

7. Proficiency in public speaking and strong presentation skills
