**Job Summary**:
The Curriculum Design and Enhancement Coordinator will lead the development, improvement, and customization of curriculum content for the GOYN initiative. This role involves designing learning & development materials that address the needs of Opportunity Youth, incorporating interactive elements, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development & Design**:
- Develop engaging, interactive, and youth-centric curriculum content that addresses core skills and competencies required by Opportunity Youth.
- Collaborate with industry experts to ensure that curriculum materials align with current trends and workforce needs.
- Incorporate diverse learning methodologies, including hands-on activities, multimedia resources, and digital tools.
2. **Curriculum Enhancement & Customization**:
- Regularly review and enhance existing curriculum materials to ensure
relevance, inclusivity, and effectiveness.
- Customize modules based on youth feedback and assessment outcomes to support personalized learning paths.
- Work with training and placement teams to ensure curriculum readiness and alignment with placement goals.
3. **Training Material Development**:
- Develop training guides, facilitator handbooks, and supplementary materials to support instructors and mentors.
- Incorporate visual aids, presentations, and other resources to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Collaborate with the communications team to produce engaging visual and digital content.
4. **Stakeholder Collaboration & Feedback Collection**:
- Engage with youth, community members, instructors, and industry partners to gather input on curriculum effectiveness.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to identify areas for curriculum improvement.
- Implement curriculum adjustments based on feedback to ensure it meets the learning needs of youth participants.
5. **Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Track curriculum implementation progress, learning outcomes, and participant engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on curriculum updates, learner feedback, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Document best practices, case studies, and successful curriculum adjustments to inform future curriculum strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Organizational Development/ Learning & Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong curriculum development and instructional design skills, with experience in youth-focused programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office G Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on detail and creativity.
- Experience in designing user interfaces/ dashboard/ web app etc. for
curriculum & L & D content.
- Other Requirements: Passion for education and youth development; willingness to
adapt to evolving educational trends.
**Base Location: Pune, Maharashtra**
