Edtech Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's presence in the education market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, districts, and educational organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our educational offerings.
- Understand clients' needs and challenges and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales collateral and develop new product offerings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software and provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the education market, including K-12 schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
