Office Co-ordinator

Our innovative and growing company is looking for a hard-working & competent Office Co-ordinator to undertake a variety of office support tasks and can work diligently under pressure. The person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Assisting in recruitments for various departments.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments for other employees.
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks.
- Update reports, formats as per the instructions from the higher management.
**Requirements and skills**
- Experience as a Office Co-ordinator, Office Executive.
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
