**Job Vacancy**:
Executive Assistant (Confidential)

**Work Week**:
Monday to Friday

**Shift**:
8.00am to 5.00pm CST l 7.30pm to 4.00am IST l 10.00pm to 7.30am PHT

**Other Features**:
Full-time

US calendar applicable

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CEO, CPO and COO in execution of tasks, managing calendars, important appointments and project plan execution
- Provide support to the senior leadership team, as directed, to organize meetings/discussions and follow up on actions
- Arrange and handle all logistics for company meetings and events, including assisting with special projects, scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, developing, compiling, and distributing presentation materials, recording meeting minutes, preparing reports, etc
- Be the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executive team, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
- Facilitate smooth communication between the executive team and management team
- Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate teams/team members, including the management team, on behalf of the executive team
- Execute other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization

**Qualifications/Criteria**:

- 5+ years of executive support experience (C-suite level will be an added advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Experience with executive level calendar management (incl. multiple locations and time zones)
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience in customer relationship management software (such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Agile CRM) will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Experience working within brief and to strict timelines
- Ability to work under pressure and to thrive within a small team environment
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
