**Revenue Enablement Program Administrator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule all enablement sessions including, but not limited to, Focus days, Onboarding, New Hire training, Manager meetings
- Manage New Hire pipeline
- Manage participation tracking for sessions. Providing completion % status for mandatory training
- Become an expert on our LMS system and be able to deploy missions and learning paths to audience groups
- Maintain quarterly business review metrics
- Support all aspects of training workshop logistics including registration and attendee tracking, reserve meeting space, set up catering, and shipping training materials
- Communicate with training/workshop attendees, speakers and stakeholders
- Work with vendors to order training materials and supplies if needed
- Create and distribute feedback surveys and track metrics, build presentations that represent the outcomes of the training (reporting and analytics is a must)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management or equivalent experience
- Responsible, accountable, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Strong project management skills; able to work efficiently on multiple projects at a time
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Highly collaborative work style
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Eager to learn; able to learn and retain information quickly
**Required skills**
- Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Google Suite: Docs, Slides, and Sheets
- Experience using an event registration tool
- Experience with Learning Management systems
