**Role Description**

This is an internship role for the Founder's Office Intern in Sector 62, Noida, India. The role involves working closely with the founder, as well as other members of the team to support a variety of tasks. The role will be hybrid, with some work from home options.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the recruiting and accounting services industry.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute marketing & business development strategies to generate demand and increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with the founder on various ongoing tasks/projects, contributing to their successful completion.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or graduated in business, commerce, communication, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in priorities or tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision

**Duration**

This is a 6 months internship position, with the possibility of extension as full-time employment based on performance.

**Fixed monthly stipend**

10k for hybrid intern | 15k for onsite/in-office intern
