**Job Title**: Founder’s Office Associate

**Location**: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida
**Experience Level**: 0-1 year

**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the recruiting and accounting services industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Ensure content aligns with the firms' brand voice and messaging.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing and new client acquisition strategies.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required by the Founder.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder on ongoing tasks and projects, providing valuable support to ensure successful completion.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
