**Role Description**:
Recruiting Genie LLP is seeking a motivated and dedicated Founder's Office Intern to join our dynamic team. As a rapidly growing recruiting company, we are looking for a proactive individual to support our founder in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of recruiting, entrepreneurship, and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the founder in organizing and managing daily tasks, appointments, and schedules.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to provide valuable data for decision-making.
- Analyze data and generate reports to help the founder make informed business decisions.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue bookings, and catering arrangements.
- Help in managing the company's social media presence and content creation.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the founder on various ongoing projects, contributing to their successful completion.
- Handle general office tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in business, Commerce, management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- An interest in entrepreneurship and the recruiting industry is a plus.
