As a rapidly growing recruiting company, we are looking for a proactive individual to support our founder in various administrative and operational tasks.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of recruiting, entrepreneurship, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the founder in organizing and managing daily tasks, appointments, and schedules.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to provide valuable data for decisionmaking.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to help the founder make informed business decisions.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and seminars.
  • Help in managing the company's social media presence and content creation.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing & business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the founder on various ongoing recruiting projects, contributing to their successful completion.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and ensuring a wellorganized workspace.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • An interest in entrepreneurship and the recruiting industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
