Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying and selling CCTV and biometric products to new and existing customers in a designated geographic area. The role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing sales strategies and tactics, and presenting products and services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets for CCTV and biometric products within the designated geographic area
- Identify and qualify potential customers and develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Provide customers with accurate product and pricing information
- Negotiate pricing and other terms of sale with customers
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the sale
- Work closely with other members of the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company, including competitive offerings
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate leads

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales role for CCTV and biometric products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated geographic area
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling CCTV and biometric products in the relevant industry or a related industry
- Familiarity with the local market in the designated geographic area
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles in the CCTV and biometric products industry
- Ability to understand technical specifications and features of CCTV and biometric products
- Willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
