Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Representative specializing in school supplies to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our extensive line of school supplies to educational institutions, school districts, and educational professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing client relationships, showcasing our products, and facilitating the order process to meet the unique needs of each customer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target educational institutions, school districts, and educational professionals in your assigned territory.
  • Present our comprehensive range of school supplies to decision-makers, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
