**Marine Support Executive**
- Qualifications - BSC in Nautical sciences, B tech/B. E in Marine engineering, Graduate in Marine engineering (GME), Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Experience - min 6 months in sailing. [Ex-Marine Engineers (Junior engineer,4th Engineer,3rd engineer, 2nd Engineer and chief engineer), Deck Officers (Junior officer, third officer, second officer, chief officer), and ETO).
- KARCO was started with the aim of bringing a paradigm shift in the way the marine industry trains its crew. Industry first - KARCO 3D animated safety videos were the first step in this direction. Followed by computer-based training platforms, innovative Trace LMS, dynamic competency assessment tool Dynamical & much more. KARCO is catering to many Shipping companies worldwide in their crew training and competency assessment needs.
- Shore based marine training experience.
- The Marine Support Team are ex mariners who are helping the support team in solving the technical issues coming from the clients (vessels) as they have marine domain knowledge.
- Monitoring the KARCO training on board vessels and implementing the compliance of Karco software services.
- Assisting in Marine training programs for support to global customers.
- Assisting onboard crew with familiarisation of training program.
- Provide guidelines to onboard crew regarding how to perform and carryout training in karco Learning Management System.
- Answering queries of customers related to marine domain in karco Learning Management System.
- Require assisting Support Team in interpreting the domain related terms.
- Proficiency in English communication is a must.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
