We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving results.

Prior experience in Marine is MUST

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's reach and drive growth.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute effective business development strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare Proposals and Presentations: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development efforts.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Experience in Maritime Industry is must.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
