**Roles & Responsibilities**
KRA
Travel Arrangements: To make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and
other transportation as needed. Also assisting with VISA and Currency exchange.
Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries for employees, including information such as flight times,
hotel reservations, and meeting schedules. Also, responsible for Personal travel arrangements of Cofounders.
Handle travel-related expenses, including tracking expenses, processing reimbursements, and ensuring compliance
with company travel policies.
Vendor Management: Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, Gifting and other vendors to negotiate contracts,
resolve issues, and ensure the best possible rates for travel bookings and other requirements
Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure that employees adhere to company travel policies and guidelines. This includes
enforcing policies related to travel booking procedures, expense limits, and travel approval processes.
Reporting and Analysis:Responsible for generating reports and analyzing travel data to identify cost-saving
opportunities, track travel expenses, and monitor travel trends within the organization.
Smooth functioning of the offices. This includes managing office supplies. booking of office space and all admin
task related to office Management
Event Coordination : Assist in organizing events, such as conferences, meetings, or office parties. This could involve
tasks such as arranging catering, booking venues, and coordinating schedules.
Calendar Management for Cofounder: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments,
meetings, and events, and ensuring optimal use of time.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters related to the
executive and the organization.
**KPI**:
Booking Accuracy: Travel bookings made without errors or inaccuracies.
Cost Savings: Money saved through efficient travel booking practices, compared to budget or previous periods.
Expense Management: Travel expenses accurately tracked and processed within established timelines.
Vendor Performance: Evaluation of vendors based on factors such as responsiveness, reliability, and cost
- effectiveness.
Policy Compliance: All expenses compliant with company travel policies and guidelines.
**Requirements**:
Any Graduates with an experience in admin.
Experience - 1 to 5 years
Is available for Work From Office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Marol Naka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
