**Managing Infrastructure**
- Managing and ensuring proper functioning of all office infrastructure like ACs, office equipment like printers, vending machines, etc.
- Managing para professionals related infrastructure matters like electrician/plumber / carpenter etc.
**Facility Management - Housekeeping / Security / Catering Services**
- Assigning Duties to Housekeeping
- Stationery / Courier
**Purchase Material/Services in consultation with Supply Chain Management (SCM) team**
- Identifying Vendor
- Inviting, comparing, and negotiating quotes
- Defining SLAs
- Accepting bills, checking & releasing for payment to Finance
**Vendor Management**
- Monitoring the performances of vendors and providing input to the team
- Maintain copies of contract/agreement as received from vendors
- Meeting vendors to discuss issues in case of poor service quality etc.
**Managing Admin Budget**
- Monitoring the expenses related to general admin
- Suggesting and executing cost-saving measures from time to time without compromising on quality and timeliness of delivery
**Travel**
- SPOC for all travel needs
- Look into travel requirements like ticketing, hotel bookings, vehicle arrangement, etc. (by looking and negotiating at the cheapest option)
**Employee Engagement**
- Planning and organizing employee engagement activities
