We are currently looking for an** **Executive - **Performance** for its GroupM Services Hub.

This role assumes responsibility of crafting a performance strategy for clients and create success stories.

This team is responsible for delivering international solutions, particularly in APAC & EMEA, with some global influence. You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and will hold a ‘can do’ attitude with the passion to learn and grow.

- Working with all constituents of performance eco-system under one single roof

- Ability to work with a diverse team. Be a biddable media expert across paid Search, Social and self-serve platforms.
- Get proficient with latest trading techniques and deals by managing largest portfolio publishers and channel partners

**In 12 months**:

- Emerged as a coveted champion on performance marketing solutions.
- Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts.
- Successfully mastered the art of winning pitches and awards.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- You will be responsible for coordinating and managing marketing campaigns on Google AdWords and Bing
- You will accelerate PPC Marketing using analytical and creative skills
- Maximize profits by developing and crafting Google
- Display Advertisement, planning and deploying PPC campaigns
- You will acquire good analytical skills to gain high quality score & improve PPC Campaigns
- You will have to track and update traffic patterns through PPC or cost per click, as well as AdWords Management
- Determine ROI on search marketing efforts
- You will be responsible for adding new keywords in the search engines, Search Engine Marketing skills
- You would get an opportunity to Manage Paid Search Campaigns, setting up and optimizing Paid Search/PPC campaigns
- Tracking of funds in the account and maintain conversions
- You will be able to become a client champion & interact regularly with client for delivering better value & ROI to client based on their feedback

**What you will need**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of search platforms (AdWords, Bing, Editor)
- Self-motivated with passion for marketing, advertising & campaign management
- Outstanding client handling & communication skills both written & verbal
- Ensure meeting deadlines
- Google AdWords Certified
- Good knowledge of Excel
