**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

3. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience segments, customer insights, and competitive trends.

4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and other marketing assets to drive maximum engagement and conversions.

5. Set up tracking mechanisms and implement proper analytics tools to measure campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights.

6. Continuously analyze campaign data, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the marketing team and management.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in performance marketing, and proactively suggest innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and content creators, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and promotional activities.

10. Stay informed about industry regulations, privacy policies, and ethical considerations related to performance marketing, ensuring compliance in all campaigns.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
