**Job Title**:
**Partner - Performance**

Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Partner - Performance to join us. You should be proficient in creating integrated media solutions and manage multiple brands. You will also be responsible for handling day to day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes.

- Built some path breaking digital strategies
- Pushed innovating concepts to drive revenues

**In **twelve** months**:

- Lead new business pitches
- Driven revenue growth and won a few awards for innovative approach

**What your day job looks like at Mindshare**:

- Build a strong Performance Marketing narrative to help the brand reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth / business outcomes across digital touchpoints.
- Google: Search, YouTube, GDN
- Social: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIN etc
- Marketplace: Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket & other Quick Commerce Platforms
- Affiliate Marketing & Programmatic Platforms
- Obsessive focus on on-page conversion, CPM, CPC, cost of acquisition and ROAS across web, mobile &app.
- Build data stories, audience approach’s, A/B tests etc
- Build cross-platform attribution FUNNELS to implement retargeting strategies
- Setup customer journeys using marketing automation & analytical tools
- Sharp focus on hyper-growth to achieve economies of scale
- Accountable for performance marketing from strategy to execution

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 12+ years of performance marketing experience with an agency or digital first brand
- Proven track record in running D2C consumer acquisition funnels across FB, Google, Affiliates
- Video-content-led performance marketing initiatives will be an added plus
- Deep expertise in performance marketing especially using remarketing strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making
- Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance
- Passionate to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, comfortable with high pressure demands and working in a constantly evolving business environment
- Strong in presentation skills and working with multiple teams & stakeholders
