**Job Title**: International Insides Sales Executive

**Job Location**: Hadapsar, Pune

**Responsibilities**:
1. Placed outbound international tele sales calls to prospective customers in designated regions.

2. Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.

3. Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

5. Listen to customer needs and objections, address concerns, and overcome objections to close sales.

6. Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in international tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.

4. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

6. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

8. High level of resilience, adaptability, and tenacity to handle rejection and overcome challenges.

9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Working Mode - **Work from office

**Working Hours -** 10 pm to 7am

**Working Days -** Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
