**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**:
**Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain and update accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statements.

**Budgeting Support**: Assist in the creation and management of budgets and financial forecasts.

**Tax Compliance**: Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, and assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

**Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for financial improvement.

**Banking Operations**:
**Bank Transactions**: Handle various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

**Bank Visits**: Conduct visits to financial institutions for tasks like depositing checks or managing accounts.

**Documentation**: Prepare and review necessary banking documents to ensure accuracy.

**Cash Management**: Monitor cash flow and maintain account balances.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with company records to identify discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and financial transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
