Lotus Microwave Technologies Pvt Ltd, was incorporated in the year with headquarters based out of Hyderabad and having branch office at Bangalore, specialized in designing and developing all types of Radars, Missile, Electronic warfare, Space and Industrial Antennas and RF Sub Systems acrossDefence and Aerospace domain. We have built specialized technical teams focusing on futuristic technologies and have successfully developed more than products through its dedicated R & D facility, enabling import substitutions and true supporters of MAKE IN INDIA initiative by Governmentof India.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts is responsible for maintaining and implementing financial strategies and policies to optimize and ensure compliance with statutory activities, thereby achieving business objectives.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate the annual audit process. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required financial documents. Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement, presenting findings to senior management. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in financial and accounting procedures. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Be responsible for Accounts Collections, ensuring compliance and preparing regular Collections reports. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide support. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with Procurement, Production and R & D Teams to understand theirrequirements and develop reporting and presentation plans proactively. Collaborate with Administration and HR Dept to facilitate the payments to vendors and employees. Collaborate with Stores Dept to Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts andconsumption patterns to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
