Overview:The role ofFinance & Accounting is crucial to the organization as itinvolves managing financial operations analyzing financial data andensuring compliance with regulations. This position plays a keyrole in decisionmaking processes by providing accurate financialinformation and insights.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Performingfinancial analysis and reporting
  • Managingaccounts payable and accounts receivableprocesses
  • Preparing and analyzing financialstatements
  • Developing and managingbudgets
  • Conducting internal and externalaudits
  • TDS & GST KnowledgeEntrepreneurial Thought.
  • E returnfilling correspondence with custom & CHA clearance JDAccounting of purchase sales expenses and cash entries in QuickBooks and Tally ERP 9.
  • Process of TDS and GSTpayments monthly.
  • Assisting in the preparationof monthly MIS and final accounts.
  • Bank branchand other reconciliations.
  • Monitor and analyzeaccounting data and produce reports or statements. Establish& enforce proper accounting methods and policies Yearendclosure entries.
  • Should have a thoroughknowledge of accounts.
  • Sending invoices Bank& Payment Followup
  • Ensuring compliancewith financial regulations
  • Providing financialinsights to support strategicdecisionmaking
  • Managing payroll processes andemployee expense reimbursements
  • Forecastingfinancial trends and makingrecommendations
  • Participating in financialplanning and risk management
  • Implementing andmaintaining internal controls
  • Collaboratingwith crossfunctional teams for financialrelatedactivities
  • Assisting in the preparation of taxreturns
  • Utilizing financial software andsystems effectively
  • Supporting the developmentof financial policies andprocedures
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or related field
  • CPAcertification or equivalent
  • Proven experiencein financial analysis and reporting
  • Strongknowledge of accounting principles andregulations
  • Should have thoroughknowledge of GST TDS Profit and Loss A/c balance sheetanalysis
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel and financial software
  • Experience inbudgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to conductinternal and external audits
  • Knowledge of GAAPand IFRS
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills
  • Effective communicationand interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detailand accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure andmeet deadlines
  • Understanding of tax regulationsand compliance
  • Experience in financial planningand risk management
  • Ability to handleconfidential information withintegrity
