We are seeking a highlyexperienced and qualified VP Finance and Accounts to lead ourfinance function and play a strategic role in shaping the companysfinancial future.
Responsibilities:
  • Developand implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with thecompanys overall business goals.
  • Lead thefinancial planning and analysis (FP&A) process includingforecasting budgeting and varianceanalysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurateand timely financial statements and reports ensuring compliancewith accounting standards (GAAP orIFRS).
  • Manage the internal audit process andensure adherence to all regulatoryrequirements.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with banks and other financialinstitutions.
  • Analyze financial data andprovide insights to support strategic decisionmaking by theexecutive team.
  • Manage a team of financeprofessionals providing coaching andmentorship.
  • Oversee cash flow managementworking capital optimization and risk mitigationstrategies.

Qualifications:
  • CA(Chartered Accountant) qualificationmandatory.
  • Minimum 2025 years ofexperience in a senior finance role.
  • Proventrack record of developing and implementing successful financialstrategies.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to translate complexfinancial data into actionableinsights.
  • Excellent communication interpersonaland leadership skills.
  • Proficient in financialmodeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Deepunderstanding of accounting principles and bestpractices.
  • Experience managing relationshipswith banks and other financial institutions (aplus).
