**Roles and Reponsibilty of CRM Executive**:

- Ensure timely and accurate registration processes by completing order forms with all client requirements and obtaining necessary approvals from management.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records, including tracking client interactions and progress.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships by fostering effective communication and rapport.
- Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their projects to ensure transparency.
- Oversee and ensure the timely completion of deliverables in the production department, meeting quality standards.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks effectively to the technical team for optimal performance.
- Facilitate discussions with clients and teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Organize technical interactions and demonstrations with the research team when required.
- Uphold high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring service quality and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain and safeguard client forms and agreements, ensuring confidentiality and secure storage.
- Manage complete client documentation, including maintaining both hardcopy and digital records.
- Record and maintain detailed client histories for easy reference and ongoing support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in client relationship management or operational coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining comprehensive client records and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and delegating tasks to technical teams.
- Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with handling confidential information and ensuring data security.
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and process adherence.
- Competence in using digital tools for documentation and reporting (e.g., MS Office, CRM software).
- A client-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Adaptability to coordinate discussions, technical demos, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
