Global Service Desk.
Job Location: Millenium Business Park, Navi Mumbai (Mahape).
The Max CTC for the Role is 5.5 LPA and would require working only in Night Shifts as this is Support for US Employees.
Excellent Spoken English skills.
Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops.
OS Support on Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
Software Support on MS Office, O365, Office Automation, Anti-virus software & E-Mail Client(Outlook).
Providing Remote Support to the calls logged
Configure / troubleshoot Network connectivity of desktops / laptops
Troubleshooting issues related to Internet, Intranet.
Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
Configuring the printers & resolving print related issues of the users.
Support for VPN connectivity support.
Escalating and Coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
Co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Programming: 2 years (preferred)
