**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Organize and manage the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings and appointments, and ensure timely preparation for upcoming events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a seamless and conflict-free calendar.
- Assist the CEO in preparing, formatting, and designing professional slides and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Prioritize incoming requests and manage responses on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s preferences and consulting as needed.
- Keep track of tasks and deadlines to ensure no backlog or missed assignments, and follow up on incomplete or pending work.
- Organize and prioritize action items for the CEO, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal staff, and external stakeholders. This includes managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and facilitating smooth interactions.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, including personnel matters, business operations, and strategic decisions.
- Address day-to-day operational issues independently and escalate larger matters to the CEO for decision-making.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and meeting materials. Maintain organized files, both electronic and paper-based, as required.
- Assist in arranging events and meetings, including logístical support.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
