Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scheduling:

- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Track project changes and update documentation accordingly.

Communication and Coordination:

- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of project developments and changes.

Resource Management:

- Coordinate the allocation and utilization of project resources.
- Track and manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Assist in resolving any resource-related issues or conflicts.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.

Support and Facilitation:

- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Facilitate project team collaboration and ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and other materials.

Qualifications:Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: ₹13,122.22 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
