Internal:

3>. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
4>. Develop and maintain a filing system

5>. Submit and reconcile expense reports
6>. Cordinate with HODs for Day to Day

**External**:
1>. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and and New Clients making hotel reservations.

2>. Cordinate with Clients who are in touch with HODs and generating reports and presentations. Director.

3>. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate person.

4>. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

5>. Greet and assist visitors.

6>. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e
- internal communication and activities. mail, and mail.

Marketing Techniques via different medias, good intrapersonal communication skills, Self Confidence.

**Qualification**: Management Degree or Experience with Related Field.

**Work Experience**:
Around 1-2 years of expirence of related field from a reputed firm would be preffered. Fresher with good communication skills, attitude and willingess to learn are welcomed as well.
