**Job Title: Back Office Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence of the office.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Integrity and professionalism.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

**Education**:

- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
