Back Office Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Provide executive-level support to senior management, including calendar management and personal errands.
- Assist with personal tasks and projects as required.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office, addressing any issues that arise.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachler degree is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
