Job Summary: The CRM Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, bankers, in the company. They serve as a primary point of contact for clients and work to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and facilitate successful real estate transactions. The CRM Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and fostering long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibility
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest updates on projects
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Completing the documentation processes on time.
- Inter-departmental coordination. Coordinating with legal and Sales team as required.
- Ensure customer’s units are handed over to their satisfaction & as per SOP.
- Coordinate with customers for registration and Sale Deed.
- Ensure support for all the bank related documents for home loans processing to customers.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Good English communication (Oral & Written)
- Good working knowledge of Ms-Excel and Ms-Word
- Strong understanding of process & documentation.
- Understanding of bank related processes for disbursing loans to customers by banks.
- Basic understanding of real estate products and finishes will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
