With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we aim to revolutionize learning experiences and foster growth opportunities for our students.Job Description:As a Growth Hacker/Growth Marketer at Awdiz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the institute's growth trajectory through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for devising and implementing creative campaigns to attract, engage, and retain students, ultimately contributing to the expansion of our student base and brand visibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue generation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, audience segments, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content development, and product management to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to refine marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships, influencers, and affiliates to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously iterate and iterate on growth strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback loops.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (Masters/MBA preferred)
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the education or e-learning sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Expertise in utilizing marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
