**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audience Targeting**: Utilize advanced targeting options on different platforms to reach and engage the right audience segments, enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling and engaging content tailored for each channel, including posts, articles, ads, and multimedia.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements (headlines, images, ad copy, etc.) to identify the most effective strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
- **Lead Generation**: Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads through multiple channels, driving conversions and revenue growth.
- **Budget Management**: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest features, trends, and best practices across all marketing channels to continuously improve campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in omni-channel marketing, specifically within E-commerce and B2C sectors.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create engaging and effective content that captures attention and drives engagement across different channels.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all campaign components.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification).
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
